3.

ADMISSION DAY

On the day of admission you will be greeted by our friendly staff. A nurse will be dedicated to complete the admission process. At this time we will go over your or your loved one’s needs and establish a 24-hour care plan.

We will need the following information upon admission:

  1. Resident’s health card

  2. Copies of Power of Attorney documents if required

  3. A list of the medications currently prescribed to the resident

4.

ROOM SETUP

All rooms are furnished with a bed, mattress, dresser, wardrobe, night stand and a lounge chair. Bed linens are provided as well.

We encourage all residents to decorate their rooms to reflect their likings (i.e. pictures, small furniture, paintings, etc.). Rooms can be decorated prior to admission if time allows.
