Nursing
Personal Support Worker (PSW) | Part Time Positions, All Shifts
Responsibilities:
Deliver client focused care within the full scope of practice of a PSW.
Provides personal care in accordance with individual needs.
Assists with meals, feeding, providing nourishment supplements as needed.
Contributes to the effectiveness of the service plan by observing, communicating and recording appropriately.
Other duties as assigned.
Reports issues and concerns to the Nurse in charge, Director of Care or Clinical Manager.
Qualifications:
PSW certification is required.
Good attendance record and who have a proven record of being adaptable and flexible.
A current First Aid and CPR certificate training is an asset.
Must be able to work as a team member and with the elderly.
Must have a Vulnerable Sector Police Check – no older than 6 months.
